I've used the free version of switch some month and I am satisfied with this tool. So today I thought its fair to spend money to that company and do a registration.
I've payed via paypal and 've fullfilled alle 12digit and activation and all that. At the end my system died (not a Switch problem - is was some other reason). After reboot I tried to start registration again. My paypal said that I've pay succsessfull.
But un til now no confirmation-Mail and no 12digit-No-Mail from NCH has reached me to start registration again. And also there is no chance to write an email for asking because therefore I have to pay 5$ again.
What ist that 4 a bullshit if one has trouble during registration and customer has no chance to get any contact with the distributer??
Does anybody here know what to do to get the allready bought liz-Code?
