Wavepad Masters Edition dowload doesnt work

I recently purchased Masters edition.

I downloaded the masters edition for Mac but it doesnt load when i click on the downloaded file on my computer.

I have a Mac OS X 10.4.10

for the moment i have downloaded the normal wavepad edition which works ok.

I wanna use the additional features of Master edition though...any help?

The error message is....

"The Application WavePad quit unexpectedly"

and then it just freezes....

I havnt got the technical support package....

but this is a basic problem...the software doesnt download.

Technical support...HELP?!

Iam on Mac OS and intel processor....

THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD MAC VERSION OF WAVEPAD MASTER EDITION DOESNOT WORK. I CANT EMAIL ANYONE AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO SUPPORT TO REPORT THIS.

I DONT WANT TO PURCHASE THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PACKAGE BECAUSE I DONT NEED ONE. I JUST WANT YOU TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.
