I have been using Express Scribe for about a week, and it has worked fine up until today. It wont play any files, included the welcome message. The files download fine, but then it just says that the duration times are 0:00.00. PLEASE HELP, I have an assignment due tonight, and this is only my 3rd day with this company. ANY ADVICE WELCOME!
