I have been playing with IVM for the past few days. I have got most of the application to work apart from one thing and that is the audio.
IVM accepts the call and is able to receive the commands and even able to record a message from the user, but the user can’t hear anything at the other end. In other words the message played by IVM is not auditable at the other end.
I have tried all sorts of things including mapping the ports with NAT rules. Debugging features of IVM is subject to major improvements.
Using: sip.inphonex.com
Local SIP IP: 5060
Local RTP ports from: 8000
Using Static IP at the moment
With External SIP port: 5060
External RTP port from: 8000
Any tip would be greatly appreciated
