Hi All, I have been finding IVM to be very unstable. Now when I try to make an outbound call the system responses with
Making outbound cal on line xxxxxxxx
Outbound call 917xxxxxxxxx dialing complete
Outbound call 917 xxxxxxxxx not answered
Call disconnected.....
These 4 steps happend it maybe 1 second. The system doesn't call, it just says it does.....
Please help....
