My files won't play!!

I'm new at this, but I've been loading training files all day and transcribing them. All of a sudden, I completed one, tried to upload and play the next one . . . and NOTHING! I can't get it to play manually or with the foot pedal and I don't see what the problem could be? If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it b/c I'm completely stuck right now.

Beth - did you ever get a reply to this or solve your audio problem? I'm having the same problem and haven't gotten any answer as yet. Just wondered if whatever you learned you wouldn't mind sharing with me? Shari
