I actually purchased Switch because I do a lot with audio files, but for the last week or so almost every time I try to convert anything (usually .wav or .aiff to .mp3) Switch will "normalize" the file and then claim it's finished without ever converting the file. It creates the file as I requested it (location, filetype, etc), but the file is 0:00 in length and cannot be opened. Nothing is different about the files nor the settings, it just started doing this.
Has anyone else seen this happen? Any troubleshooting tips? It's really irritating to pay for a program but then have to pay extra for support when it doesn't work as it should....
Please help!!
