Installing on a Different Computer

Hello,

Regarding Switch Plus:

1. The computer onto which I need to install the program has no Internet connection. Thus, I'm planning on buying the program online, downloading it to one PC, then transferring the download via a portable external hard drive to the installation PC for installation.

Both PCs run XP.

Will this process present a problem of any kind?

2. Presuming it will not, should I install Plus over the free version I am presently using, or should I first de-install the free version?

PS. Your one-month of support for which you charge $8, your so-called Silver service, should be FREE with new purchase of a program. In the industry it's called "Up-and-Running" support.

When you purchase a license you will be given registration information which you can then enter into Switch on the computer that has no internet connection. Switch will transform itself into the Plus version automatically when registered correctly. If you have any problems with this then by all means please contact registration support for assistance.

Regarding support, we make the cost of support transparent to the customer. Would you rather we increase all our licences by $8 and then remove the option of having no support? If you would like "Up-and-Running" support then by all means pay the $8, if you already know how to setup our software then by all means don't. We give you that option.

I honestly would like to hear your opinion on this matter, I believe it is a fair deal but we are open to suggestions.
