conditional conference call

Can anyone tell me if this software can create a conditional conference call? I want the computer to:

1. answer the call

2. give an out going message stating that "if this is an emergency then please press "0" to conference call the doctor.

3. the person is then prompted to speak the nature of the problem which would be recorded.

4. then the outside party is placed on hold

5. then the computer dials out to the doctor

6. once the doctor anwers the call, he is presented a standard message

7. the doctor then decides if he will take the call

8. if he does then he presses a number key which takes off the hold that was originally placed and connects two of them together in a conference call.

9. it would also be nice if the system would record the number of minutes spent online

This would be difficult, but perhaps you could do it with the confirmed transfer system. Have a look at the confirmed transfer documentation.

Alternatively, you can setup a manual system to use the dial command to manually dial the digits to effect a transfer and then play menus etc.

ie. You can do it but you need to be a bit creative.
