hello I am new to this forum & generally not particularly knowledgeable about file formats so please excuse the following 'lay'/novice babble.
I have an mp3 format audio book of 19+ hrs which I was hoping to be able to convert to be able to make into individual cd's to play e.g in the car or on my stereo. Hence I purchased switch
In addition to an mp3 file there is one that says it's the "data" file with nearly 60000 au format segments of approx 1.25mb each-I was hoping to use switch to convert chunks of these into normal cd's (approx 16 i think). Switch says it cannot read the source. any suggestions/tips or is it really not possible?
I had previously tried a trial version of wavepad and did manage to edit the original mp3 into bits but for some reason many of the edits whilst appearing to burn to cd ok did not in fact play.
any help would be appreciated, thanks
