starfury Hi: I have Switch on two Pentium units and it works great! But when I installed on an AMD computer, it displays everything properly, but the conversion only creates a 1kb file regardless of the bit rate. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
[deleted] It shouldn't have anything to do with the type of computer, rather what audio codecs are installed on it. What is the type of file you are attempting to convert? What are you trying to convert it to? Make sure that you have the necessary codecs for both operations.
