Output file incomprehensible

Hi there,

I have been using this software without any problems for the past four months. However, all of a sudden, when I am converting .avi to .mp3, the sound in the converted file has been sped up so much that it can't be understood. This is the type of file conversion that I bought Switch to perform and, as I said, have had no problems up until now. I have checked the Settings and can find nothing connected with this. And I have checked the original .avi file and the sound is fine, so the problem happens during the conversion. Any help would be most appreciated.

Does it work the same on older files you have already converted and know convert okay? It may be that this particular file has some peculiarities resulting in your problem. Switch attempts to do it's best at conversions, but due to the high variety of (mostly buggy) encoders out there, it's not always possible to get it right.
