Can't find wav files

I have installed express talk on an HTC PPC6800 phone. Mobile 6 and pocketpc. I have a vonage soft phone account. I set express talk up using the settings from my softphone. I get the following errors when trying to make a call.

After installing I set up the phone. When I try to place a call the error message in the log says

Cannot find syste files:\My documents\pockettalk\systemtones\calling.wav this occurs twice and then Error: Other side said Loop detected.

This is for a vonage soft phone connection. I copied the settings from my vonage softphone itself. What should I check next.

There is an intallation prob,

here is what I posted some while ago..................................

I found that there is an error in their program, the wav files are stored in mydocs, but I found 2 directories, one named "Pocket Talk", and the other named "PocketTalk" !

The sounds were in one but not the other, so copied the sounds to the empty directory and the audio test then worked.

This is an installation problem.
