Importing from audio cassettes

Can anyone help a totally non-technical grandfather import his audio cassettes? I've hooked up from the line-out cables of the cassette player into the (front) audio-in jacks on my HP Media Centre PC.

NOW what do I do? In totally non-technical language and preferably words of not more than two syllables! Thanks all.
