How to keep wav file after MP3 conversion?

We have VRS set up to record an hour-long segment as a wav, automatically convert the wav file to an mp3, and automatically upload the mp3. HOWEVER, VRS "helps" us at the end by automatically deleting the wav file (we'd prefer to keep it). Does anyone know a so0lution? TIA.

That would be a great new function for next version. Or something that moves the wav to an other directory. If you can set a delete the wav after x days that's great too.
