Message duration of 00:00:00

Anybody seen this one?

Windows XP, IVM v2.43

Log-in using "Administrator" account, all messages in mailboxes show correct duration of message length. Messages can be recorded.

Log-in using "Limited account" (Windows XP description) account, all message durations appear as 00:00:00. Messages cannot be recorded.

I have tried running as service using local account, running as service using "Administrator" account, and running as service using "Limited account" account. But, no matter when I log onto the "Limited account", message duration is always 00:00:00 and messages cannot be recorded

Any suggestions before I remove IVM and attempt to reinstall?

we have resolved this issue. The user needs read and update access to

c:\program files\nch swift sound/ivm folder
