I have converted an audio file from wav to mp3 and then uploaded it onto a joomla web site for streaming. If I use a Bit rate below 124 then it plays back at the speed of a "chipmunk" talking. If I upload it at a bit rate of 124... it doesn't play back at all.
Others who have uploaded mp3's converted on audacity to the same site have had no problems.
