No iTunes conversion!

:angry: Purchased Switch last night in order to convert some of my iTunes m4p's to mp3's so I could transfer onto a machine at work that has the iTunes store disabled. Only after trying it about five times did I read the small print about types of file conversions where it says it doesn't work with "protected" m4p's. So now I own a software I'll probably never use and can't return! What a waste of money! I can only imagine others have made the same mistake.

Why did you by protected music in the first place? That's where you started having problems!

Unless you have been living under a rock you will have heard about DRM, protected audio files are completely out of our hands. Please be more careful in future.

I am new to this site and yes I do live under a rock. I am 50 years old and new at MP3 anything. I am trying to get the itunes (MP4) files I assume from my Mac to play on my Verizon Envy which makes putting music on it impossible unless you have windows as far as I can tell to date. I have converted the MP4 to MP3 and put it onto the SD card for my phone, however it does not show up in my music folder in the phone. Any suggestions I would very much appreciate.
