Reinstalling Switch

I'm having some massive problems with my Windows laptop to the point where I'm probably going to have to blow away the install of XP and do a clean one. What do I need to do to reinstall Switch in this situation? It's been so long since I bought Switch, not to mention changing ISPs a couple of times, that I can't find an email or anything with the serial number. How can I do this?

What if you don't have the original installer? It's been over a year and one house move since I downloaded this product. Would calling support help with a situation like that?

You can try... Go through our registration support page and ensure you let them know anything you can think of which can identify you as the purchaser. If you still have Switch installed and it is registered, then tell them that and they should help you recover your current licence information.

I tried the suggested link and when I click submit on the form, I get a 404 error after a few minutes. THe errors seems to be in the c.exe file your site is calling. Is there a way to emai lthe info since the site is not functioning?
