Removing Vocals Failed

erik_loeser

Hello there,

Just had doubts to use Wave Pad not in the right order but all effects and special effects work except the vocal removing one. Have the v3.03 Masters edition and recorded an original stereo sound (.wav) from CD but after marking the record and clicking on 'special effect remove vocals' nothing, really nothing happened - no pop up for parametering, no changin, simply nothing. But i need this urgent!!!

Thanks a lot in advance for help

Unfortunately the Vocal Removal function doesn't necessarily guarantee that all vocals will be removed, I believe also that there is an issue with the current windows version of WavePad when using this function not working correctly.

For now you could try removing certain frequencies using the equalizer.

Yes - didn't hope so, but seems to be that way, a pitty.

But Thx for your advise. So waiting for update....

Btw. do you know the vocal frequencies to filter?

Cheers
