I have a problem loading DSS files into ES. I originally loaded version 4.16, but after reading some posts realized that wasn't going to work. I have since uninstalled version 4.16 and reverted to version 4.13, and version 4.05. I get the same result no matter what I do. I get a duration of 0:00. I have taken the time to convert the files to Wave files so I can load them, however, as I am working remotely these files take a much longer time to load. I know there are other users that work for the same company who are using various versions from 4.11-4.13 and they are able to load the same files I cannot. Has anyone else had this problem?
I can't load dss files, nor wma files, nor a conversion of these files to mp3.
So you're saying if you convert from dss to wav it finally works?
I would download an older version of the program. Have one of your friends send it to you.
