can't find mailbox menu feature

I read in the help menu that there is a "mailbox special menu" that goes like this: they enter the mailbox and get an OGM that says, "when you've finished recording, press pound." They record, press pound, and get three choices: 1 to record again, 2 to listen, 9 to end call (I'm assuming with the message saved.) But I can't locate these choices in the pull down menus for the key press options, or in the mailbox properties. Please help!

When you edit the OGM file about half way down it says "End of the message", after "THEN" is the details button. click that and you will see there is a box for 'use special mailbox menu'. Make sure it is ticked and that should work. Lemeno

Yeah. If you have a menu set-up in the OGM that you are using to send the caller to the Voice Mail and you have ticked "Use special menu" then the menu options from that menu can be pressed during or after leaving the message.
