I am using the IVM to make outgoing calls. After 4 rings I get "Error call attempt timed out" and right under that "The server is not replying" I have tried almost everything I can think of to fix this issue. I am using a SIP provider with port 5060 and rtp 8000 (i dont know if that helps any.) I dont have problems connecting to live people but if it rings for more than 4 times i get this problem. But if i am using a regular phone line this doesnt seem to happen. I have been doing the smart sniff and it gives me a lot of info back. But to be honest I do not know what i am looking at. Would someone please help me with this issue. My wedding is coming up and i would like to use this to call my guests. Thank you.
