Error message when converting DVF to MP3

I am trying to convert a file from DVF to MP3 I receive an error message stating that:

Swith has caused an error in LPECDE.AX

I restarted my computer and tried to convert the same file but I still received this same error message.

When I convert a different DVF file it works.

Play the file in windows media player. If it doesn't play in there, the file is corrupted somehow.
