Without software? You could get an mp3 player with record capabilities and record one while playing the other... (you should always buy voice recorders that support open audio formats (instead of proprietary) such as mp3)
With software, you can do this using Switch on a Windows PC. It currently isn't possible using a Mac because Olympus hasn't provided any support for this.
