We are using dct files from MSRS and also having problems with version 4.01 Can not load more than one dct file at a time. Then after a while some computers will not allow you to delete files out of Express Scribe. Then some computers will not allow a load...have to re-install software.
closing and opening ExSc does not seem to make any difference.
Any thoughts?
