Tags

I recently purchased Swith 1.29 for my Windows XP laptop. When converting AIFF files to ACC or MP3 I am losing all my tags except for the song title. Everything else is gone. Please advise.

Tags are only copied across when converting from/to an MP3 or WMA source/destination.

I don't seem to be getting any tag information in my mp3's when converting from cd audio. Any idea how to correct this?

There are no tags in CD Audio, this information is usually gathered from an internet database of all CDs. Express Rip has this functionality built in and will automatically tag your ripped files. I'm not sure if it will be added into Switch.

All my tag info was dumped into the title field. So I can only listen to my files on shuffle.

Where can I get info on how to convert files so the information stays in the proper fileds? I also have just converted about 1500 files to mp3 from wma. They sound fine and it was easy. I like this software. I'm using the free version for mac v. 1.05. Maybe If I pay for the non-free version....?
