huwon9 I installed the demo Switch for Mac and it worked okay on my MacBook Core Duo with OS X Leopard. I bought the retail version 1.13 and installed it but the registration window had nowhere for me to enter the registration data. There are only instructions to purchase the software and two blank panes in the registration menu for steps 2 and 3. I then bought the upgrade to Switch Plus but I still cannot register. I tried deleting the preference but the results are the same. The software is installed but I cannot register. What has gone wrong?
[deleted] This is an issue with the current version of Switch with the Leopard OS, unfortunately Leopard has caused major issues with our software registration process. A fix for this is set to be released next week.
