Files load as zero duration

Hi....I have been using Express Scribe on my Windows XP system with no problems at all. However, I am now trying to get a co-worker set up to start using Express Scribe on her Windows Vista system and every time we download a sound file (.dss file) and then load it into Express Scribe, it comes up as zero duration and then automatically deletes. Could this be a problem with Vista, or is something else going on? Thanks for any help! Melinda

Just downloaded the older version 4.15 and all is back to normal. Yahoo! Thank you to the person who provided the link the other message. Here it is for anyone else needing help with the same problem.

Yeah this is a Problem with 4.16, there's a new version currently in testing which should be released soon.

This new version will fix the dss issue.
