uPNP and NAT Problems

i am on a wireless network with 2 other computers connecting to the interent.

When registering, it won't allow me to use uPNP, NAT or TCP UDP therefore no audio can get in from a PSTN line. When using VoIP lines it is fine, but with PSTN to VoIP there is no audio either way

Please help me

Have you forwarded the required ports on your internet router?

If you plan on using uPNP, are you sure your router supports this feature?

I am unsure how to do this as i am not technicaly minded.
