kolucoms6 I have Installed Axon. I have selected total 24 ports when I was installing. Then when I installed VRS, and when I opened VRS, it shows me some 24 channels. What is the difference between channel and VOIP port ?
[deleted] You have installed 24 extensions ('lines' that other VoIP programs can register to) within Axon, and VRS has detected these and is setup to record from these 24 extensions. A channel is just what VRS refers to as a recording source.
