After a call is recorded OGM can dial a number for notification. This works perfect HOWEVER too perfect.
It dials up to my mobilephone. If the call is not pickup it comes into the voicemail of the mobilephone and IVM takes the response as recording NEW MESSAGE. Then disconnect. Recognise IVM has recieved a NEW Message and start agian the dialup notification. This goes on and on and on.
Can someone tell me how can I receive only 2 rings on my mobilephone (hang up immidiately after 2 ring) at I have only ONE MISSED CALL notification on the mobilephone after a message.
When you are in a meeting - outside the company - you do not want to be distrurb my any notification of your Answering machine. BUT after the meeting you want to know how many messages you will hav in your mailbox.
Today everyone has his mobile. But it does not mean that every one may call you at any time.
I am using my mobile over a period of 10 years as pager with answering machine. I know always wherever in the world I am how may messages and when a new message is taken in my mailbox.
I am running a logistic business. My customers have experienced that if they leave their message in my mailbox I will react as soon as possible. It works well for me and for my customers too. On the mailbox they can leave and explain their "problem for me to solve" in less than 15 sec.
