Some providers have a limit (even if you get the unlimited plans) for how many outbound calls you can make in a given time period. I don't know which ones have limits, but you should contact them before purchasing to ensure there are no problems. Additionally some VoIP providers have separate plans for users intending on making phone calls for business purposes.
