Show Channels Control

I have selected "Show Channels Control" and the window will not appear. It seems to choose when it feels like showing up. When I select and deselect it, it blinks once and disappears again. I can currently only hear through one side of my headset and it's driving me insane. I re-installed ES and that didn't help. What's going on here??

It will appear only when Express Scribe detects that the audio it is attempting to play has more than one channel. Try playing some stereo music through Express Scribe and you will see what I mean.
