I accidentally downloaded the most recent version of Express Scribe and have not spent most of the day trying to make it work! The intro file works great and the pedal works great with it.
When I load my voice files over though, I get an error message that I need to go to www.nch.com.au/scribe to add this file. I've looked and looked at that page and there's nothing there. The files I'm trying to access are SRI files. I've unistalled the program. I've searched to find any file pertaining to this program to delete it and reinstall it but I still have the same problem.
The second time I downloaded the program and installed it, I included the "recommended" file and that helped with something but I still can't hear my files!
Can you PLEASE help me? I've got lots of work to do!!
