chie404 Hi, this is my very first assignment and I can't hear a word the doctor is saying. I tried the volume every way possible, nothing is helping. Is there any way to fine tune Express Scribe so that I don't hear the background noise? Thanks,
[deleted] You can apply the background noise removal process (right click on the file and select background noise removal), which attempts to do its best to remove the noise. Ultimately though if the recording was made with so much noise that you're unable to hear the doctor, it's unlikely that you're going to make it much better. I suggest you inform your doctor that their recording was way too noisy.
