I know I can dial from my application (eg user dble-clicks) on a phone number but can VRS store/retrive that recording by an account# number.
Of course the normal database keys would be used by the VRS software but this ability is very important for associating calls to company activity.
Sure you can retrieve a call by phone# and date/time but any company would want to associate these calls with say an account# or whatever.
