For the Infinity IN-USB-1 Foot pedals under Windows VISTA, do the following:
Copy the "vecusb.exe" file to the Express Scribe folder.
Right Click on the "vecusb.exe" file and select "Run as Administrator".
Continue on to the setup and it should work.
