I am using Switch to copy foreign, overseas sermons into the MP3 format for my radio station at Live365. The problem is even though I select "Stereo" at the beginning of the conversion, the end result is MP3 but it is still in "Mono". It just won't convert to my radio station format without being in stereo. Any suggestions?

if the format you are converting is in mono to start with,then you cannot convert it to proper stereo.
