Caller id and Call waiting

Hello

I was use 3cx and with the same settings for the devices i setup axon 1.2

without any changes in numbers, user id ,password devices ip

now I have 2 problems

first the caller id show internal call only (some phones does not show and show only "out of area"

and all the exernal calls show "out of area"

second problem call waitting does not work
