achlesh I am having a requirement in which system should automatically call to some numbers and shout a message and get the confirmation reply by pressing telephone key or voice. So I just want to know that this software can help me in this regard.

[deleted] Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. IVM can work with databases using plugins ( http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/plugins.html ) combined with the sdk (http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/sdk.html) and Windows Scheduler. Or you could also use the built in scheduler in IVM.
