Greetings,
I'm wondering if there isn't a way to change the key mapping for OGMs?
Right now it's * for access mailbox controll and # for leave message for mailbox. I'm wondering if there isn't a way use the 'special digits mapping function' to use, 9 to redirect people back to the root OGM.
Any suggestions?
