Sherif_hfm hi I have "Creative Modem Blaster PCI DI5663" the problem is that the "Carousel" can not detect this modem but the "IVM Answering Attendant" can detect it Why ? And how i make "Carousel" detect this modem ?
[deleted] As stated on the hardware requirements for Carousel, it is only compatible with Professional Telephony Devices such as the ones found here: www.nch.com.au/hardware/telephony.html
