Sheila_Field I had files on Express Scribe and last night I downloaded a new Express Scribe onto my computer which replaced the other one. Is there any way at all to recover those files that were on the old Express Scribe?
[deleted] Try copying the files from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\Scribe\Current\ to C:\Documents and Settings\[Windows Username]\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\scribe\Current\.
