I just downloaded 4.14, and I am unable to set the decryption key to accept encyrpted messages. I enter in the User ID and the User Key, but the Set Key button does not highlight. I have correctly entered the information, as I have tried 100s of times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. When I open an email attachment of a dct file, it says that I need to set the decryption key, but it doesn't accept it. Any ideas?
