I set up the following two cases:
Case one
Axon: External Line → 701
Axon 701 Group: (Ring on 101 + "Link to IMS On-Hold" + Server: localhost:606)
When I call to the External line using a land line phone >> IMS works correctly (Music + Announcement) + Extension 101 is ringing in ET software
When I put the incoming call on hold in ET >> A special kind of music (I call it MUSIC, it is not the music in ET>Options>Other tab>Ring Tones>Hold)
Case Two
Axon: External line → 198 (IVM)
IVM: Default OGM → 701 (when I press 1 on the land line phone)
Axon 701 Group: (Ring on 101 + "Link to IMS On-Hold" + Server: localhost:606)
When I call to the AExternal line using a land line phone and the press 1 >> IMS doesn't work + MUSIC + Extension 101 is ringing in ET software
When I put the incoming call on hold in ET >> MUSIC
How can I force IMS to work correctly in the second case?
Where is MUSIC located? I checked NCH programs (IVM, IMS, ET) and their directories, but I couldn't find it.
What if I want to have IMS when I put the line on hold except than MUSIC.
Please note that in ET>Opptions>Hold/Record tab>Hold Call>Link to IMS On-Hold Player is activated in both cases.
