Naming mailbox message files (WAV)

Hello,

I'm stuck on what should be a simple task. I need to give newly created mailbox WAV files (by users) a customized name. I can set the first part of the filename, but not the middle and end shown here in bold (ex. "Default ICM000024.wav"). Can someone please tell me where I can do this?
