I tried it says i don't own it my name is on the opening owner page ? this is confusing & you are so "matter of factly" not much help here thanks

Have you entered in your registration information into the program? You must inform Express Burn that you are a registered user for your name to appear there.

Thank you I got it down loaded & installed ver 4 the part that bothered me was when I down loaded it the 1st time & it would not update, sorry this gets confusing I'm trying it now going to see if it will burn a DVD now when it would not before. ty Dale
