theshizzle I was wondering if you had a song at like 128 kbps mp3 and then you encoded it to CD quality WAV with switch will it make the music better or stay the same?
[deleted] It will stay exactly the same (maybe even sound slightly worse) because there is no extra audio information available to make it sound any better, you'll simply be adding padding around the information you have.
