I'm afraid this problem has reared its ugly head again. Here are my conditions & symptoms:
1) All of the Real Audio files that I convert are at least one hour long; most are 1.5 hours.
2) Switch v1.12 works perfectly on on a Toshiba laptop with Mobile Intel Celeron 1.8GHz processor & 512 MB RAM.
3) It "hangs" on my Gateway desktop with AMD Athlon 64 3700+ processor & 1GB RAM. The symptoms are:
With one file in the list I get the "Saving Audio File" box with "Decoding Real Audio" and progress bar which fills to right end then
sits with no further progress.
Clicking the Cancel button then shows Other Information = The file could not be opened.
Right Clicking the file name in the list & selecting "View Other Extended Information" provides the message, "This file could not
be opened. It is possible that this format is not supported or it requires a plugin that is not installed on your computer."
Suggestions, please.
